To ensure secure handling, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with our grading partners, NumisTreasures processes grading submissions on a monthly cut-off basis. Only items physically received and fully documented on or before the stated cut-off date will be included in the corresponding submission batch. Submissions received after the cut-off, or those with incomplete requirements, will be automatically scheduled for the next cycle.
Clients are encouraged to review the cut-off schedule below and plan their submissions accordingly. Cut-off dates help us maintain service quality, avoid delays, and ensure proper tracking of all items entrusted to our care.
